1. Shipping Regions
Dana Ve Yoavi ships to the United States, Canada, Europe, and Israel only.
2. Shipping Carriers
Shipments are handled via FedEx, and within Israel through a private Israeli shipping company. Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided, allowing the customer to track the shipment on the shipping carrier’s website. Please keep your order number handy for tracking and communication purposes.
3. Preparation and Delivery Times

4. Shipping Cost
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination region and the weight of the shipment. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
5. Express Shipping
Express shipping is not currently offered on the website. Customers wishing to arrange express shipping must contact Dana Ve Yoavi directly before placing an order.
6. Customs and Duties
The customer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes applicable in the destination country. Dana Ve Yoavi is not liable for delays due to customs procedures or restrictions.
7. Packaging
All Dana Ve Yoavi products are carefully packaged using custom protective foam and strong EB-grade cardboard to ensure the product’s safety during transport.
8. Insurance and Lost Shipments
In the event of a lost shipment, both the customer and the shipping company must confirm that the package was lost. Once confirmed, the customer may choose between:

A refund of 30% of the shipping cost, or

A 70% store credit to select a new product.
9. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, customs, or force majeure).
10. Order Cancellation
