Dana Ve Yoavi products are intended for decorative use only. They must be installed according to the provided instructions, using appropriate screws and wall plugs suitable for the wall type (concrete, drywall, wood, etc.). The customer is fully responsible for correct installation. Dana Ve Yoavi is not liable for any damage caused by improper installation or misuse.

Sales, Payments, and Discounts

Accepted payment methods include Visa and direct bank transfer. Discounts are time-limited and tied to specific promotional campaigns. If a discounted item is returned, the refund will reflect the amount actually paid at the time of purchase, not the original price.

Shipping and Taxes

All orders are shipped via FedEx with limited insurance coverage. Dana Ve Yoavi is not responsible for the full value of shipments in case of damage or loss. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes imposed by their country of residence.

Returns and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within five (5) business days of purchase. Returns are accepted only if the product arrives with significant damage - for instance a broken piece of glass.

Dana Ve Yoavi bears no responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from product use or improper installation. We are not liable for delays due to force majeure events or for packages lost by the shipping provider.
